Apollo here again. This time he is now under my care, as we adopted him. He was doing great on the food change we put him on, which is what our other dogs were eating. However, after he was fully healed from Part 1, that food was suddenly discontinued. We switched our full crew over to a new food that we knew our other 2 food allergy dogs could eat, At this time Apollo had not been tested for allergen triggers. After about 3 months, we notices he was backtracking. To be honest is was very disheartening. We decided to get him tested to see what his triggers were. When they came back, we were surprised to see that one of his major allergens is what we switched their food too. We switched their food and continued his weekly bath regiment to keep him comfortable while his gut pushed those allergen triggers out of his systems.
Here is his saga of heeling from both the inside and the outside, to meet in the middle.
